Cancellation Policy

  • A $100 deposit is due to reserve your spot and any remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to your date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. We can transfer your deposit to a new date if the request is made no less than 21 days before your event based on availability. We need adequate time to market and book the spot.
  • Please note if you need to reschedule your event within 21 days of the party a $75 re-booking fee will apply.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event do not qualify for a refund. We understand that emergencies happen. Please give us a call and we can discuss options on an individual basis.
  • There are no refunds for services performed.
  • If we are unable to perform service for any reason a refund will be issued.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions where road conditions are unsafe, we will issue a refund. The Game Truck is only affected by severe storms. It is a perfect rainy-day activity!
  • If cancellation of an outdoor activity is needed due to inclement weather a refund will be issued. Accommodations will be made to try to move your event to an indoor location of possible. Weather cancelations need to be made 2 hours prior to your event to qualify for a refund. Once staff arrives, if the weather changes cancelation is no longer possible and no refund will be given. Please reach out if the weather is bad in your area to discuss options. Our team in available 7 days a week.
  • If you are having your party at a local park or public location, please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain permission to have services at your event. No refunds will be given due to failure to obtain permission and any necessary permits. We are available to help with providing any insurance documentation that they may require.


FAQ

  • Can you park the Game Truck in my driveway? We will take a look at your house in Google Maps when booking. We do not pull into driveways due to the size of the Game Truck and to prevent damage to both our equipment and your property. Of course if you are on a very busy road or on a large piece of land we will discuss parking and alternate location options with you. We park with our doors facing your house for safety.
  • How many guests can I invite? Depending on the service you are reserving that number varies. We can accommodate 24 players on the Game Truck, 12 players on Laser Tag and hundreds at a photo booth event! Typically private birthday parties are for 24 players. Your on-site Game Coach will rotate guests so that everyone has a chance to get in the game. Feel free to reach out to a team member if you have questions!
  • What about video game ratings? We will discuss game rating restrictions with you prior to your party. It is up to the event hosts discretion to choose from E for Everyone, T for Teen or M for Mature ratings. We carry all titles on the Game Truck and will encourage players to try out new games that fall within the specified ratings category.
  • Can I get printed photos at my party? Absolutely! We offer on-site professional dye-sublimation photo printing. A perfect keepsake for guests to enjoy for years to come.
  • Can I have my party at a local park? Yes! We are approved vendors with many local city and county park departments in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee and Polk Counties. Let us know when requesting your party which park you are considering so that we can take care of any insurance information if needed. Not all services are allowed at all locations.
  • What is the age limit for guests? Most of our activities require payers to be age seven and older to play. Guests age six and under will simply need an adult partner to assist. Reach out to a team member if you have any questions. We're here to help!
  • What about tipping the attendant? Our awesome team is there to make sure your guests are having a great time so you can relax and enjoy the party too. Tipping for excellent service is a great idea, but not required.
